Bakersfield Real Estate News
The current real estate climate in Bakersfield is strong, with steady sales of new homes, condos, townhomes, and vacant land / acreage. Commercial property sales and rentals have been good as well. The "bubble" has yet to burst here, but appreciation has come down considerably. There are still new residential developments under way, with great deals to be had on new luxury homes, condominiums, townhouses, and duplexes in well thought out communities. Affordable homes can be found in more established neighborhoods.
